About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer who thrives on crafting exceptional user experiences and obsessing over details. You’ll lead the frontend efforts in a small, commando-like R&D team, shaping our tech stack, architecture, and user-facing components.

This is a unique opportunity to define and implement best practices while mentoring less experienced engineers and growing our platform to support scale. If you dream in CSS grids, live for Lighthouse scores, and believe in the power of intuitive design, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of our frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and modern tools.
• Create accessible, responsive, and intuitive components that elevate the user experience.
• Choose and grow our tech stack to support scale, ensuring fast and reliable performance.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team.
• Optimize performance, lower bundle sizes, and ensure seamless user interactions.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years focused on modern frontend frameworks like React.
• 1+ years of experience with TypeScript, with strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JS.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences, with an eye for detail and usability.
• Skilled in designing and testing accessible and responsive components.
• Pride in crafting scalable Single Page Application (SPA) architectures.
• Collaborative mindset, eager to learn, teach, and support your team.

Interview Process:

1. Introductory phone call with CTO (20-30 minutes).
2. At-home coding exercise (1.5-2.5 hours).
