We’re seeking a Research Engineer to join our team and drive the exploration and development of cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. What You’ll Do:

• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to design and implement autonomous agents for diverse use cases.
• Develop, implement, and optimize algorithms and models for deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to integrate research outcomes into scalable systems.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and innovations, bringing fresh insights and ideas to the team.
• Continuously refine and improve models and systems based on performance metrics and user feedback.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or engineering, with a strong focus on bringing concepts to production.
• Proven ability to turn complex problems into practical solutions using AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Exceptional coding skills and a knack for building efficient, reliable systems.
• Strong academic or competitive achievements in AI, mathematics, or related fields are a plus.
